The Bike Fleet ad

Macomb Park District is building a community bike fleet to support Bike Pop-Ups and affordable bike rentals.

The Bike Fleet will have a variety of sizes for kids, teens, and adults to borrow for FREE during Bike Pop-Up events or rent hourly at an affordable price beyond those event dates.

Owning a bike can be a costly commitment — especially if you’ve never ridden before or aren’t sure if cycling is right for you. The Bike Pop Up offers five opportunities each year for community members to try two-wheel transportation at no cost, in a supportive and educational environment. Although available bikes to borrow from the bike fleet are limilted as we look for sponsors to help build it, we are dedicated to helping remove barriers to access high-quality bikes at an affordable rate, supporting healthier habits, confidence-building, and lifelong cycling skills.

Become A Sponsor or Donate to the cause!

Bike sponsorship and general donations go towards buying high quality bikes to build a bike fleet that will provide cycling opportunities and open countless paths for community members of all ages.

Review the Bike Fleet Sponsorship Form for more information on sponsorship packages, benefits, &  submission details.
